Returns:
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
How to Request a Return:
Please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used products or opened skincare items.
